Where are these made?

Everything you see is made here in my garage in South Florida.

How long does it take to get my order?

For 3D wood carvings, If I am doing a custom order, it depends on how many orders are ahead of yours. Your order can usually be started within a week of when the order is placed. Once I start working on your order, it should be ready to ship in about a week. Most projects need about a full day of carving time. Once carved it gets detailed, sanded, then coated with a Danish oil. Danish oil needs three days to dry before the final coats of clear can be added to add a final layer of protection so your project can last for many years to come.

What wood do you use?

My favorite wood to use is Cherry with a natural Danish oil finish. This brings the beautiful colors to life. I also like to use Hard Maple and Walnut as a background wood.

How do you ship?

I primarily ship UPS GROUND for most items. Sometimes USPS PRIORITY depending on the size and weight.

How will I know when you get to my order?

I will send you an email or text you if you provided me with your phone number.

What if I see an imperfection on my item?

It is possible that you can see natural & unique features on your project. Sometimes a wormhole can appear in the final stages of the carve that were not seen prior to carving. Sometimes the stain doesn't take the same way on the complete piece of wood. Sometimes parts of the wood grain can change colors and be different than the rest of the project. These are things that make your project unique. Wood is a natural material with unique beauty built in. I, of course, will avoid big knots in the middle of your project, but the rest is up to nature. With that in mind, I am my own biggest critic and will not ship anything that I am not proud of.

Do you do custom work?

It depends. I can do some customization on existing 3D models, but don't possess the ability, or creativity, for creating 3D artwork from scratch, but I do have the resources to get that done. It is an added expense, but so worth it.
